The Director Of The Dig

He digs up dinosaurs past their prime

Puts 'em in a museum at the head of the line

Dusting off artifacts from B.C.

'Cause he gets off looking way back at you and me

            He's cool, he's into bones

And he looks too much like Harrison Ford

            That's him over there

He is the director of the dig

National Geo thinks he's great

They put him on the cover and now he's got it made

He makes a hundred grand playing in the sand

Sifting through centuries of the promised land

            He's cool, he's into bones

And he looks too much like Harrison Ford

            That's him over there

He is the director of the dig

He wears his khakis way too tight

It drives the girls wild but the camels take it in stride

Resplendent in reflector shades

He's a man that was born to excavate

(Repeat Chorus)
